British Columbia is a beautiful province and we frequently have clients from out of town. Today’s client is one of them.
With numbers for COVID-19 still high, travel continues to be difficult with the pandemic around. Our clients today had flown in from Saskatchewan and were referred to Jas Oberoi Group by a previous client of ours. They gave us a call on Sunday about buying a property in the area, and addressed how they were concerned about working under a time crunch as they were flying back to Saskatchewan soon.
We immediately arranged a meeting to take place the next morning. We sat down together at 11:00 to discuss their goals, called our J.O. Group mortgage team to expedite our clients approval and had it done by 1:00 pm. We started a tour of the potential property straight away afterwards and found this beautiful property at 3:00 pm.
The offer was submitted soon after and it was accepted by the sellers by midnight the same day.
